Our goal is not transactional sponsorship. It is meaningful collaboration with organizations who want to help Winnipeg become more connected, responsive, and ready to care.

  • CarePortal is a technology platform that helps trusted local agencies share real-time needs with local churches and community partners.

For example, a social worker might post that a family needs beds for their children, groceries, a stroller, or community support during a difficult season.

That need is securely shared through CarePortal so local churches, businesses, and caring people can respond quickly in practical ways. CareImpact helps coordinate these connections and supports the relationships around them.

It’s a simple way for Winnipeg communities to work together so people facing crisis are more likely to be seen, supported, and connected to care.

  • Meeting practical needs matters. But lasting care takes more than supplies, money, or good intentions.

Our CareLabs helps churches, organizations, volunteers, and community members learn how to care well, especially when people are facing poverty, trauma, isolation, or crisis.

Training includes topics on trauma-informed care, understanding poverty, navigating reconciliation, and building healthy community relationships across diversity.

It is practical and accessible to all types of learners, because everyone has a part to play in making Winnipeg a more caring and thriving city, together.

By pairing CarePortal’s practical response with CareLabs training, Winnipeg Together helps meet urgent needs today while strengthening the people and partnerships needed for long-term community care.
