Meet Johan Heinrichs - Audio Lead
Hi, I’m Johan.
I lead audio production at CareCreatives Co., helping leaders, authors, and organizations turn their ideas into clear, professional audio that people actually want to listen to.
I’ve worked in podcast and audiobook production for many years, elevating voices from across North America and helping them get heard. Some are famous. Some become famous. My favourites are the voices who otherwise are overlooked, yet have incredible stories and perspectives that can change the world.
As a musician, I’ve always had an ear for sound, and over time that curiosity grew into a deep interest in the craft of recording, editing, and shaping audio so a message can truly land.
At CareImpact, I produce the Neighbourly Podcast and also help design the technical systems that support our work behind the scenes. I enjoy solving the kinds of problems most people never see, whether that’s refining a recording or building systems that make things flow well.
When someone steps behind a microphone, my goal is to help them feel at ease. I guide guests through the process, give them room for stops and starts, and shape the final audio so it sounds polished, natural, and confident.
I tend to notice the details others miss, the small background noises, awkward pauses, and subtle distractions that can pull attention away from a good message. When those details are handled well, stories can shine.
