Meet Doralin Ginter - Print Lead
Hi, I’m Doralin.
You could say I was born with ink flowing through my veins. My dad worked with publishers and authors from across Canada, and my mom invented a new binding method that is still used widely today. So books like Love You Forever and Company’s Coming were more than popular titles in our home. Their authors were repeat customers, some became family friends. I’ve always loved printing. I’ve always known fonts matter.
After working as an administrator in this same company, I eventually started my own creative design and custom print company. Since 2014, DGinspired has successfully been designing and printing for many businesses and community organizations.
An active ally from the start, I officially joined the CareImpact team in 2024 to focus my expertise in creative community engagement. CareCreatives Co. is a natural expansion of this vision. As a social enterprise, every project helps strengthen Canadian communities while delivering quality services that continue to be in demand.

Meet Leroy Ginter - Print Operator
Hi, I’m Leroy.
I’ve been working in the printing industry since 1988, spending the past 37 years at Friesens Corporation, one of Canada’s leading book manufacturers. Over the decades, I’ve developed a deep respect for the craftsmanship, precision, and problem-solving that great printing requires. My trained eye sees what most can’t.
Behind the scenes at CareCreatives Co., I handle the technical side of production. From printing and cutting to the details that make a finished piece feel just right, I enjoy making sure every project meets the highest standards.
Doralin and I have been working together through DGinspired since the beginning, combining her creative direction with my production expertise. We make a good team.
Known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and not afraid of big or unique projects, I take pride in helping ideas move from design to something real you can hold in your hands.
