Hey, everyone. Johan here, and joining me is Wendy.
Wendi Park:
Hey, everyone.
Johan Heinrichs:
Yeah. We just wanted to give you a podcast update, Your Journey with Care. I know you're all anxiously awaiting season four. And for the past few seasons, we loved exploring a wide range of topics. We're diving into powerful interviews. If you haven't listened, make sure you go back and listen. But this season, we're introducing a brand new format. I'm excited about it, one that lets us dig even deeper into some of our themes.
Johan Heinrichs:
And I believe it's gonna give us some thought provoking, those table talking materials, that you're gonna have with your family and friends.
Wendi Park:
That's right. We'll be bringing amazing guests every other week to share their stories and expertise, and I'm excited about the lineup that we have prepared. And in between those interviews, Johan, you and I are gonna be sharing about those themes and stories that are hitting hard and some pulling on some themes that that are emerging through these interviews.
Johan Heinrichs:
Yeah. We're calling these episodes second thoughts. It's gonna create some time and space to process, reflect, maybe explore how to bring these conversations into our everyday lives because I know that's sometimes one of the biggest challenge when we have these amazing conversations but we don't know what to do with it. Yeah.
Wendi Park:
And, oh, we're also gonna be adding something new and fun this season called Carelingo.
Johan Heinrichs:
Yeah. I'm really excited with this one. Every episode we'll break down one of those terms you've heard us or our guests share or just that insider language that we sometimes use that people are saying, what did you just say? We'll share what one hearing this term or phrase, what they might think it means. And then, of course, we'll break it down so that you'll walk away just a little bit smarter than your friends.
Wendi Park:
Yeah. We're gonna have fun and it's just a lighthearted way to learn and to connect with you and dive deeper into the language of care.
Johan Heinrichs:
Yeah. And we'll be kicking off this season with a series I know I'm excited about. We're calling it the cost of indifference.
Wendi Park:
Now indifference isn't always loud. It's often actually quiet. We're gonna be reflecting on the quiet choices we make and how they shape the people around us.
Johan Heinrichs:
Yeah. And it's not about blame. It's more about possibility. Like, together, we'll explore how listening and care can replace the silence that we've all come to kind of accept.
Wendi Park:

It'll be a place where you can weigh in on, the conversations we've had, maybe some CareLingo definitions that you can give me some feedback on yourself, give you a chance to ask questions about the podcast, and we'll give some fun announcements.
